Crab Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 pound crabmeat
  • 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbl honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbl chopped dill
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
  2. 2. Stir ingredients till smooth
  3. 3. Spoon mixture in to a greased casserole dish and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  4. Let dip cool for 5 minutes. Serve with French bread, crackers or garlic bread pieces.
