Crab Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound crabmeat
- 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tbl honey Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbl chopped dill
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
- 2. Stir ingredients till smooth
- 3. Spoon mixture in to a greased casserole dish and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Let dip cool for 5 minutes. Serve with French bread, crackers or garlic bread pieces.
