Crab Puffs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup[ flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 scallions or green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 6 1/2 ounce crabmeat
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring water to a boil, add margarine, return to burner, let come to a boil again, add flour all at once, stir well.
  2. Remove from heat, beat in one egg at a time. Add rest of ingredients as listed.
  3. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  4. These can be frozen for when you want to use them or served warm.
