Crabmeat Salad
INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz imitation crab meat
  • ¼ bunch celery
  • ⅓ bunch green onions
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz sweet fish roe
  • 2‒3 tbsp mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut into small pieces the crabmeat, celery, onions, cucumber and eggs.
  2. Add sweet fish roe and mayonnaise; mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper as needed.
