Cranberry Olive Tapenade

- 3/4 cup Spanish olives, diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 5 oz. cream cheese spread, softened
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 loaf Italian bread or baguette, sliced thin and toasted
DIRECTIONS
- Blend cream cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and pepper until well combined and set aside
- Drizzle olives with oil and season with salt
- Toss with walnuts and cranberries
- Spread cheese mixture on toasted bread and top with a spoonful of tapenade
