Cranberry Olive Tapenade
INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup Spanish olives, diced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 5 oz. cream cheese spread, softened
  • 1 Tbls. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 loaf Italian bread or baguette, sliced thin and toasted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend cream cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and pepper until well combined and set aside
  2. Drizzle olives with oil and season with salt
  3. Toss with walnuts and cranberries
  4. Spread cheese mixture on toasted bread and top with a spoonful of tapenade
