Cranberry Pineapple Salad

  • 1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Pour the mixture into an 8-1/2x4-1/2- inch loaf pan.
  3. Cover and freeze until firm.
  4. Cut into slices.
