Cream Puff in a pan

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3- 4 oz. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1/4 cup ice cream topping {caramel or choc. syrup}
DIRECTIONS
- Bring butter and water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add flour.
- Then add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
- When mixture forms a ball, pat into a greased 10"X15" pan.
- Bake @ 400 degrees for 35 min.
- Remove from oven and press down the puffy parts of the crust. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese and 1 cup milk together until creamy; then add rest of milk and pudding.
- Spread over the cooled crust.
- Spread cool whip over the pudding.
- Drizzle ice cream topping over the cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
