Cream of Potato and Ham Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups Frozen Shredded HashBrowns –thawed (loosely packed)
- 1 cup Celery –chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion –chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots –shredded
- 16 oz Diced Ham
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 can Healthy Request Crm Mushroom Soup
- 1 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbls. Chicken Base (Better than Bouillon)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine dry milk powder and water. Stir well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Can be cooked on the stovetop until done – or 6-8 hours on low in a crock-pot.
