Creamy Cole Slaw

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper.
  2. Pour over chopped cabbage and green pepper, mix and serve.
