Creamy Green Pea and Cheese Salad

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 32 ounces frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked crisp, then crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in a medium size bowl. Stir in peas and onions. Place half the pea mixture in a serving bowl (a clear one is nice.) Top with half of the cheese and half the bacon, repeat layers. Cover an chill until served.
