Creamy Green Pea and Cheese Salad
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 32 ounces frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked crisp, then crumbled
  1. Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in a medium size bowl. Stir in peas and onions. Place half the pea mixture in a serving bowl (a clear one is nice.) Top with half of the cheese and half the bacon, repeat layers. Cover an chill until served.
