Creme Puff Dessert: Crust

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup water.
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Boil water and margarine in saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour all at once.
  4. Stir vigorously until batter forms a ball.
  5. Scrape from pan into mix bowl and let cool 10 minutes.
  6. At low speed with mixer, mix in the eggs, one at a time, till the batter is completely smooth.
  7. Grease a 13x9 pan and spread batter into pan.
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffy golden.
