Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Roast
  • 2 1/2-3 lb. rolled pork roast
  • 2 cans (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup sugar *
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 Tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground cloves
  1. Put pork roast in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mash together all other ingredients.
  3. Pore over roast
  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove roast and keep warm.
  6. Skim fat from juices, measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary, and pour into sauce pan.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Combine 4 tablespoons cold water to make a paste, add to pan.
  9. Cook and stir until thickened.
Cooks Note: *I have yet to try this but my friends LOVE it. I think I would cut the sugar down since jellied cranberry has plenty itself.
