Crockpot Chicken and Noodles

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Poutry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup Cold water
  • 8 oz medium egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine chicken, onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, thyme and noodles in a crockpot. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW 4 or 5 hours or until noodles are tender. Turn control to HIGH. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Stir into juices in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
