Crockpot Mushroom Chicken Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rince chicken and pat dry. In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken quickly on both sides. Place chicken in crockpot. Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over hot spaghetti. Serves 6.
