Crockpot Pizza
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. rigatoni, cooked according to directions
  • 7 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 oz. pepperoni slices
  • 16 oz. pizza sauce
  • 10 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. Brown ground beef and onions in a saucepan; drain. Layer half of each of the ingredients in the order given in a 3-4 quart crock-pot; repeat layers. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. Keep rigatoni covered with sauce so they don?t dry out. For a large group, double the recipe and use 1 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. medium Italian sausage. Double recipe will fill a 6-quart crock-pot
