Crockpot Pork & Rice

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 Lean pork chops, 1-in thick
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 cup Chicken and rice soup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in Crock Pot. Add soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3 1/2 hours).
