Crockpot Swiss Steak
INGREDIENTS
- 1pound minute steaks or cube steaks
- 1 sweet green bell pepper, diced
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Dredge steaks in flour then brown in skillet. Place all ingredients into a Crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour; then allow to cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
