Crockpot Wild Mushroom Chicken

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, browned
  • 3/4 cup wild rice
  • 1/2 cup long grain brown rice
  • 1/2 lb. baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 - 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse wild rice and drain. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove stems, and cut into 1" slices. Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until rice and mushrooms are tender.
