Cuban Arroz con Carne de Puerco

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb pork meat, cut in small pieces
- 2 cup rice
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 envelope Sazon Goya
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oil in the open pressure cooker; brown the cut-up meat while stirring
- constantly. Add all the rest of the ingredients; sauteing them as they are
- added. When the water boils, add the rice. Cover the pressure cooker. When
- the pressure cooker comes to pressure, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and allow the pressure to reduce slowly.
