- 2-3 large cucumbers, sliced, peeled if you like
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1/2 C mayo
- Splash of milk
- Splash of vinegar
- salt/pepper to taste.
- In sealable container, mix mayo, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Check the taste and if its too tart, add a bit of sugar. The liquid should coat the back of a spoon.
- Add cucumbers and onions. Seal with lid and shake well. Refridgerate for a minimum of two hours.
