Curry Coconut Dip

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 plus T. curry powder
  • 1 jar orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. toasted almond slivers
  • 3/4 c. toasted coconut
  1. Mix the curry powder and cream cheese. Spread evenly on a plate and layer with the rest of the ingreadiants. Garnish with a few green onions on top. Serve with crackers or toasted bagel slices. Good the day after you make it, as the flavors blend.
