Deviled Eggs with Pesto

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, halved and the yolks removed
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs pesto
  • 1 Tbs parm cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Capers and chopped parsley for the garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. MIx all ingredients except for, the egg whites, capers and parsley.
  2. Mix well and stuff the egg halves.
  3. Garnish with a caper and some chopped parsley.
