Devilishly Spicy Pecans
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20 min.
- Preparation Time: 15 min.
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 2 cups pecan halves
- (If you don't have onion salt, you can use 1/4 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 tsp. salt. I have added coarse sea salt after the nuts are roasted and cooled.)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat pecans.
- Spread on foil lined pan.
- Bake 20 min. at 300 degrees until toasted, stirring occasionally.
