Dmitri's Marinade for Kebabs
  • 1 C olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 bulb (not clove) garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 T black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 T Greek oregano
  • some rosemary
  1. Mix all the ingredients together with your cut meat and place in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
This came from a friend of the family who is a wonderful chef and very Greek. It can be used for lamb, beef, or pork, but it's best with lamb
