• 1 part Maraschino Cherry juice (the secret ingredient)

1. The Manhattan glasses should be chilled by running a little cold water over each glass, then stick them in the freezer for around 10 minutes before serving. A couple of cherries get thrown in last. I've found that the best Manhattans are prepared when you use the metal part of a cocktail shaker, fill half with ice, then add your ingredients.
