Double Raisin Bread Pudding Sauce
  • Servings: 4-6
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 TBS butter
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  1. In saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Serve warm over warm or cool pudding.
My husband loves bread pudding so I am always on the lookout for a good recipe. I think I found this recipe on the back of a raisin box. Our whole family really enjoys this dessert, and I hope you will too.
