- 2 eggs beaten with 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
- Add salt and enough flour to eggs to make a thick dough
- Drop into salted boiling water by teaspoon full
- Boil gently about 10 minutes, drain
