Easy Chicken and Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3-1/2 c. milk
- 5-6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- season salt, celery salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 375.
- Mix together rice, soups and milk.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Top with chicken tenders (Push them down into the rice a little bit), then season with season salt and celery salt.
- Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes, then uncover and cook for 15 more minutes.
