Easy Fudge with Hazelnuts

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238ºF. Pour into mixing bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
