Easy Lemon Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Note: You could use Lime instead of Lemon. You may have extra filling, I'm sure you could save it to use in a glass over angel cake cubes! Also, if you use the extra creamy cool whip, it's ready in 30 min.
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixer, blend the juice with the milk. Add the cool whip. pour into pie crust. Put pie into the refridgerator for 2 hours.
