- • 4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
- • 1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
- • 3-4 Green Chilies, Chopped
- • ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- • ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- • Few Coriander Leaves
- • Oil for fry
- • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over low-medium flame till the golden
- Step 2: Add green chilies, tomato and ginger, red chili powder. Mix well and keep stirring
