Egg Fried Rice

  • • 2 cup Rice Soaked and Drained
  • • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • • 2 Onion, Sliced
  • • 1-2 Carrot, Peeled and Chopped
  • • 1 Medium Sized Capsicum, Chopped
  • • ¼ cup Cabbage, Chopped
  • • ½ cup Peas, Finely Chopped
  • • 2-3 Green chilies, Chopped
  • • 1 tsp Ginger, Chopped
  • • 1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
  • • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • • 1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
  • • 1-2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • • Oil for fry
  • • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Step 1: Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool
  2. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften
