Egg Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • one dozen eggs
  • 3Tbs mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. mustard
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil eggs until done.
  2. Cut eggs in half.
  3. Separate yolks from eggs, set aside eggs.
  4. Then mash yolks in a bowl add mayonaise and mustard and stir together.
  5. Then cut up eggs to small pieces add to egg yolk mix.
  6. You can serve as a sandwich or spread on crackers.

I got this from my daughter. She has only two things she cooks this and deviled eggs.
