Ellen’s Nutritionally Sound Peanut Butter Fudge
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 part peanut butter
  • 1 part non-instant powdered skim milk
  • 1/4 C torula yeast
  • Small amount of honey, sugar, or syrup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix peanut butter and skim milk with minimal honey, sugar, or syrup.
  2. Add yeast.
  3. Mix, then knead.
  4. Form into balls.

Start with 1/4 cup yeast to 2 cups peanut butter and work up. Kosher (dairy).
