  • 2 1/2 cups soy milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reduces to 1 cup.
  2. Cool and store in the fridge.
  3. This is only good up to 7 days.

I got this recipe from silk soy milk website. My daughter and my grandson are both lactose int. and I wanted to find something I could use that they could have in my regular recipes.
