FRIED BANANAS
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb bananas, about 6.
  • Batter
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 4 cups oil for deep frying
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and slice each banana lengthwise into four slices
  2. Combine all the batter ingredients and stir just to mix together
  3. Heat the oil in a wok to 375 degrees F
  4. Dip each piece of banana into the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain.
