FROZEN PROTEIN BAR!!!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 and a half cups chocolate Whey Crisps
  • 8 oz. Fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 large. carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
  • chocolate syrup ( to drizzle)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soften cream cheese, combine peanut butter, sugar, milk, sugar,cool whip, and crisps in a bowl, fold in cream cheese. Place in pie dish or square brownie pan. Drizzle with syrup and top with peanuts. Freeze until firm, about an hour. Cut into squares!!!
