Fairy Gingerbread Cake

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Add molasses, milk, flour, baking soda, and ginger.
  4. Bake in greased 13x9" pan at 350F for 45 minutes.
  5. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream
