- 8 oz fettuccine noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesian cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- Cook fettucine, drain. Place in serving bowl. Combine butter and whipping cream in sauce pan. Cook on low heat until butter melts. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley. Pour mixture over hot fettucine. Toss well and serve immediately.
- Serves 6.
- Can add cooked chicken.
