First Aid Flank Steak Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak
- kaiser rolls
- shredded lettuce
- sliced tomatoes
- creamy spicy horseradish
- butter or margarine, melted
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bag or bowl combine first 9 ingredients, mix well.
- Add steak & seal bag or cover bowl with saran wrap.
- Marinate at least 1 hour.
- Remove steak & discard marinade.
- Preheat broiler.
- Broil steak 2-3 inches from element in a broiler pan for about 6 minutes or until thermometer registers 125 degress.
- Set flank steak aside to cool.
- Brush insides of rolls with melted butter or margarine.
- Broil or grill rolls until toasted.
- Spread with horseradish cream & top with tomato and lettuce.
- Slice flank steak across the grain and place on rolls.
