Fran's Squash Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 8 yellow squash, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt & pepper
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 can of chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
- Boil squash in water with butter, salt and pepper til tender. Pour ina 13 x9 dish. Top with dry stuffing mix. Mix soup and broth and pour over stuffing. Bake at 35o degrees for 45-60 minutes or til lightly browned.
