- Plain yogurt
- Chick peas
- garlic clove
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- Parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Drain one tub of plain yogurt on a strainer lined with paper towel for 2 hours.
- Place one tin of drained chick peas in your food processor
- Add the strained yogurt
- Add a garlic clove
- Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Process for 1 minute.
- Serve on a flat plate and garnish with a little olive oil
