- Cheese ravioli
- Italian Breadcrumbs
- Take your ravioli and dip into buttermilk until the excess drips off.
- Then dredge in the crumbs and gently set into heated oil( I like canola oil for this).
- Wait 2 minutes approx on each side ( or until they puff up ) and are brown.
- Serve with Vodka Sauce.
