Fried Ravioli
  • Buttermilk
  • Cheese ravioli
  • Italian Breadcrumbs
  1. Take your ravioli and dip into buttermilk until the excess drips off.
  2. Then dredge in the crumbs and gently set into heated oil( I like canola oil for this).
  3. Wait 2 minutes approx on each side ( or until they puff up ) and are brown.
  4. Serve with Vodka Sauce.
