  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together sugar, butter, and milk. Cook over med heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat well and spread on brownies.
