Fudge Glaze

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt chocolate and butter or margarine over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of proper consistency.
