Funnel Cakes
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • powder sugar or other toppings
DIRECTIONS
  1. MIX ALL
  2. 8 inch skillet with 2 cups oil at 360 degrees
  3. pour through funnel or out of something with a divit in spirals
  4. fry 1-3 mins or until golden brown then flip over cook 1-2 minutes
  5. top with topping
