Game Day Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine brown sugar and butter. Beat well.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda. Beat on high until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Mix in flour.
  5. Roll dough into 1" balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Press with fork.
  6. Bake 9 minutes.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
  8. These store and freeze well.
