  • • 3/4 lb bittersweet chocolate (approx. 2 cups)
  • • 3/4 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • • 5 oz unsalted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Warm heavy cream in sauce pan, then pour over chocolate and mix until melted
