Garlic Anchovy Salad Dressing
  • 6 T. Olive oil
  • 3 T. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 t. yellow mustard
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 anchovy filets
  1. I used my mini cuisinart to blend, but if you chop the fillets fine you can just put it in a jar and shake it. (That is what the recipe called to do anyway).
I tossed this with a salad blend and tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. YUMMY!
