Ghost Cake Frosting

  • Frosting:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 5 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS

  2. Combine sugar, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler or stainless steel bowl. Set over boiling water. Beat constantly until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from water and beat in vanilla.
