Ginger-Soy Sauce with Scallions
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 medium scallion, sliced thin
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar.
